As part of its long-term restoration and redevelopment plan, the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia ("Legislative Assembly") is looking for a qualified professional consultant ("Consultant") to perform a condition assessment on the asphalt roof, copper roof, copper roof copulas, slate roof, metal roof, and skylights (collectively referred to as "Roofs") of the Parliament Buildings as detailed in this RFP and may be requested to act as the Prime Consultant for any future work related to the project. The consulting services must include an assessment by a Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia (RCABC) (or equivalent) accredited inspector to assist with the planning of roofing replacements as described in this RFP.
