The City of Blue Springs, MO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this Bid, to enter into a contractual agreement with any contractor submitting a response to this Bid, to delay and/or cancel in part or in its entirety this Bid if it is in the best interest of the City, in their sole opinion, to do so. If there are any questions whatsoever regarding any portion of the instruction or specifications, it shall be the bidder's responsibility to seek clarification immediately from the City of Blue Springs Parks and Recreation Department "NO LATER THAN Monday, December 11, 2023 by 12:00PM (noon)" unless otherwise stated in the documents.
