Renovation of an educational facility in Quebec, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Reference number : 1785139 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-12-28 The work involves several disciplines: architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical. First, concrete pads will be built to extend the existing emergency network to the Agathe-Lacerte and Paul-Comtois pavilions. A new emergency electrical room will be built in the Paul-Comtois pavilion. New electro-mechanical equipment will be installed for the new room. A new concrete wolf's jump will be built to relocate an air intake. Window sealants in the 400 wing (courtyard side) will be replaced. The building's concrete columns will be repaired. New plumbing pipes will be installed in the service tunnel to supply the building with drinking water, chilled water, steam and compressed air.
