The project includes the removal of trees and restoration in the approach surfaces for the Runways 17 and 22 end on Parcels 6, E7A, E27A, E27C, E36, and E37. Submitted proposals that were not recorded on the plan holders list shall be considered non-responsive. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal price for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. Every request concerning this project must be made in writing or email addressed to Laurie Carpenter, at C&S Engineers, Inc., 38777 Six Mile Road, Suite 202, Livonia, MI, 48152, or via email addressed to lcarpenter@cscos.com and to be given consideration must be received at the above address at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids. Any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda, which, when issued, will be posted not later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. All addenda so issued shall become Part of the Contract and acknowledged by Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal, and to reject any and all proposals.
