As of March 12, 2024, construction of this project has commenced, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. City of Monmouth, IL (Owner) invites sealed Bids for Downtown Square Utility Replacement for construction of a 10-inch diameter water main, connection to existing water main, replacement of service connections, sewer main lining, and manhole lining and replacement. Substantial Completion: within 90 days. Final Completion: within 120 days. Bidding is per 30 ILCS 500 and 557 and Federal provisions under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). A Pre-Bid conference will not be held. Questions must be received by 4:00 p.m. local time on January 3, 2024 to be answered.
