Bridge storage and Security C Timber Sales, TPG Business Area is seeking information from interested parties that could provide the following services within the Industrial Area of the District of Mackenzie (town): Storage of bridges and associated materials (e.g., deck mods, culverts, cement no-posts, timbers.) Security and maintenance of storage area (e.g., snow removal for winter access) Loading/unloading of bridges and/or associated materials. Equipment used for this task would be at the Rates. BCTS currently occupies a storage area of approximately 2 hectares in size. The response to this request for information should detail the following: Location and size of the available storage area, with map Equipment available (make, model, and year) for loading, unloading and snow removal, and Security measures available at the site. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information that may be useful to the Ministry with respect to a potential future procurement or other process or initiative. This RFI is not: (i) a tender notice or call for tenders; (ii) a notice of intended procurement; or (iii) a notice of planned procurement. Question Deadline 12/18/2023 at 4:30 PM PT All Request for Information related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.PrinceGeorgeTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 4:30 pm on December 18, 2023. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by December 20, 2024.
