The base bid will be a Stipulated Sum, subject to adjustment for changes during construction, for the Work as set forth in the bidding documents. A bidders surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) made payable to the Owner shall be required. All bonds shall be issued by a Corporate Surety licensed to do business in the state. Performance bonds, payment bonds, and insurance will also be required as per the General Conditions. TIME OF STARTING AND COMPLETION: Deliver materials and set in position with utmost speed consistent with good workmanship in accordance with a schedule and progress of the building construction in the Summer months of 2024. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, accept or reject any or all of the bids or any parts thereof, or waive any informalities in presentation and opening.
