The Washington County Department of Social Services (WCDSS) would like to get pricing details to upgrade various conference rooms at the agency to have TVs for presentation purposes. Most conference rooms and some offices will need a TV, mounting equipment for the TV and HDMI cabling to hook up the TV. The full project needs to be completed by April 1, 2024. WCDSS serves the people of Washington County to promote self-reliance and provide safety by delivering quality services and developing community partnerships. WCDSS envisions the community where people are responsible, self-reliant, economically secure, and safe from abuse and neglect. WCDSS values all interactions as important, whether with employees, clients, or stakeholders. WCDSS is seeking upgrades to our conference rooms and some offices at 122 North Potomac Street location. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be for a three-month period beginning January 15, 2024, and ending March 31, 2024. The contract may include upgrades to all the rooms listed in the Scope of Work or it may be less, depending on the price of the project and budget restrictions. The content of this Solicitation and the Proposal of the successful vendor will be included by reference in any resulting Contract. All prices, terms and conditions in the Proposal are irrevocable for 90 days after the closing date for receipt of Financial Proposals. This period may be extended by written mutual agreement between the vendor and the requesting State organization. The successful vendor shall bill the Department after items are installed, with the final billing to be provided within 15 days of receipt of the final product and/or installation The State reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals, in whole or in part, received in response to this Solicitation, or to waive or permit cure of minor irregularities to serve the best interests of the State of Maryland.
