Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment materials and fuel to perform mowing, string trimming, edging, weed control services, hedging of bushes, blowing, trash/litter removal, mulching and any cleanup required in accordance with the Scope of Services Summary. The City of White House is requesting bids from qualified companies to provide lawn care services for several properties. The City of White House reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. The City of White House reserves the right to retain all bids submitted and to use any ideas in a bid regardless of whether that bid is selected. Submission of a bid indicates acceptance by the company of the conditions contained in this request for sealed bids, unless clearly and specifically noted in the bid submitted and confirmed in the contract between the City of White House and the firm selected. The initial term of the contract shall be for three (3) years. The term of the contract may be extended two (2) times for an additional (1) year with mutual agreement. The fees which may be charged by the Contractor for the second and subsequent years of the term hereof shall be adjusted to reflect changes in the cost of operations. The rate will be adjusted annually on the anniversary date of the Contract at maximum rate of two percent (2.0%) per written request from contractor 90 days prior to the anniversary date.
