Site Directions: The water storage tanks to be worked on are located on the Lac du Flambeau community water system. Location maps are attached within the documentation information. The scope of work for this RFP is for the qualified engineering firm to complete site visits and evaluations of two (2) potable water storage tanks, develop a list of improvements to be made to each tank, design the corrections, develop construction bidding documents, assist Owner with bidding and construction award, manage construction, and complete onsite inspection of the improvements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
