Site work and renovation of a civil project in Many, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 8th, 2024 this project is pending an award decision. Water Production System Improvements, Contract C; DWRLF & WSP. Bid Bond, which always must accompany the bid in the correct amount. This project is tax exempt. Sales Tax Exemption Certificates will be issued to the awarded contractor upon request to Engineer. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. The Contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of materials within fifteen (15) working days of the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Document note: All bidders must be registered with the Engineer, Shuler Consulting Company, 230 Grandview Drive, Chatham, Louisiana 71226, (318) 249-3030. On other sets of documents furnished to bidders the deposit less actual cost of reproduction, will be refunded upon return of the documents no later than ten days after receipt of bids. Such refund shall be limited to $100.00 per set. Any requests for bid documents will be accompanied by payment in full. No deposit is required for digital sets.
