The Master Plan for this was approved on November 29, 2023. a 6.1-acre parcel located at 26 Oliphant Lane ("Oliphant") which is currently owned by the Middletown. The Master Plan for this was approved on December 6, 2023. The successful respondent will acquire the Property from Middletown through a land lease and undertake all aspects of the development process subject to a development with Middletown.
