General Contractor for their Willamalane Preschool at Bob Keefer Center Expansion Project. The objective is to remodel a portion of the existing Willamalane Preschool at Bob Keefer Center, which will add 3 new classrooms to the program. The approximate square footage being renovated is 5,600sf. Scope: Renovations at existing Willamalane Bob Keefer Center.

Finish updates throughout space Construction Budget: Current estimate is approximately $600,000. Competitive Range: The competitive range following the evaluation described in Part C is anticipated to be four, but will be determined upon review of the responsive proposals received. Schedule: Construction Phase: Start upon issuance of GMP Amendment, January 16, 2024. Complete at project final completion and acceptance, anticipated by July, 2024. The Evaluation Committee will forward a recommendation for selection of one firm to Willamalane Park and Recreation District's Board of Directors for consideration of award. Selection of the successful firm will be entirely at the discretion of Willamalane Park and Recreation District, and Willamalane Park and Recreation District reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in the selection process and to reject any and all proposals. -ALTERNATES -
