Douglas County Assessor Fourth Floor Office Remodel: Douglas County is requesting bids from qualified companies, herein called Bidder, Contractor, Vendor, Supplier, or other pronouns used in their place, for all work and/or goods set forth in the specifications. Scope: Award will be a combined contract, including general, mechanical, and electrical work, for the renovation of the existing Douglas County Assessor's Office, on fourth floor of the City-County Civic Center Building located at 1819 Harney Street, Omaha, Nebraska. Anticipated start date: January 22, 2024 Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis. The Owner reserved the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids as may be deemed in the Owner's best interest.
