This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as amended and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. This project is also subject to Act 127 of 2012, known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Letters of credit will not be accepted. The Borough of Collegeville reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in the bids. Quantities are not guaranteed and may vary (+/-).
