Questions Due Date: Dec 12th 2023, 2:00 PM EST Online Portal The County of Bergen desires to establish a Twenty-four (24) month contract with multiple catalog vendors for the provision Plant Material. The County has determined that multiple contracts are in the best interest of the County, since it is anticipated that no single vendor can meet the various needs, in type and quantity, of the using agencies. The County does not guarantee a minimum purchase with any single vendor or an amount under the contract. In addition to the requested price sheet, vendors are encouraged to offer additional products and services. Vendor are permitted to represent, as an official distributor, other entities. The vendor must be an official distributor for any catalog offered. Documentation of this fact must accompany each catalog. The county will not accept a catalog where the distributorship rights to that catalog are those of a third party. Catalogs must clearly identify the product name, specifications, packaging information, etc. Prices must be listed in each catalog or in an accompanying price list, and the term "catalog" used herein, includes the price list, if one is used. The attached supplemental unit price sheets may be used for items listed on the price sheet that are not listed in a preprinted catalog. The Prices(s) offered shall be in the form of a percentage decrease from the lowest price listed in the catalog. Any exceptions to the stated percentage decrease must be clearly listed with bid submittal. Vendor shall upload price sheet or provide link to where pricing can be found. Please include those details on the Additional Catalog worksheets. Vendors should download worksheet and duplicate the documents for as many Catalog they wish to offer. Vendor price increases, as reflected in a newly published catalog shall be honored. However, percentage discount offered in the bid submittal shall not change over the life of the contract (24 months). Vendor shall supply the County of Bergen with any price changes at least ten (10) working days prior to the increase price(s) becoming effective. No increase shall be retroactive. The vendor shall honor prices on orders placed prior to the County's receipt of revised price(s).
