Renovation of a mixed-use development in Stillwater, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The overall project consists of renovations to (3) Stillwater Schools. Renovations include, but are not limited to, Afton-Lakeland includes exterior painting, office and health room renovations including, interior partitions, casework, flooring, ceilings and MEP improvements. Rutherford includes door replacement and lighting upgrades. Stillwater Middle School includes renovations to the kitchen/cafeteria, media center and food lab. This will include, interior partitions, miscellaneous steel, coiling doors, casework, windows, ceilings, flooring, tile and MEP improvements, Bid Security: Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security equal to five percent (5%) of amount of maximum bid submitted (including additive alternates) in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or paper bid bond. Bid security shall be made payable to Owner, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into Contract in accordance with Contract Documents and submitted Bid. This bid security will be uploaded to Building Connected's website.
