Renovation of an educational facility in Oneonta, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of June 17, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Generator Replacement at Hulbert Hall. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. All work on this Contract is to be completed by July 25, 2026, or within 150 days of Notice to Proceed. All questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding the contract documents are to be directed to: Deb Bruce at Deb.Bruce@oneonta.edu and copied to Mark Anderson, Senior Electrical Engineer, Greenman-Pedersen, Inc, L.C. at manderson@gpinet.com. The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is April 23, 2025, by 2:00pm. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. For purposes of this solicitation, the University hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for MWBE participation, 20% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE") participation and 10% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs)
