No definite date for the rebid.** The Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp (WHCC), located at 40 Pippen Road, Newcastle WY 82701, is requesting bids for goods and services for building a 12'high, three rail fence (top, middle and bottom) with 12 gauge wire for the chain link fencing. The total length of the fence will be 750' (seven hundred fifty feet). This fence will be installed in a prison setting. The fence will be installed with 2.5" (two and one half inches) vertical steel posts that are eight feet apart, twelve feet tall above the ground, and placed in the ground to a depth of 36" (thirty six inches), in a 12" (twelve inch) diameter hole that is filled with B rated concrete. There will be two main gates installed in the fence and they will need to be 5'(five feet) wide by 7' (seven feet) tall. There will be one vehicle gate installed, at 12' (twelve feet) tall by 12' (twelve feet) wide. All gates will be required to have securement devices. Fencing fabric will be attached to vertical and horizontal poles. Contractor must provide all materials, tools and labor to complete the project.
