TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: This work shall consist of the temporary relocation of a portion of Broad Brook Road and the construction of a retaining wall on the northwest side of the relocated roadway. The relocation shall be on land that is already within the Town's right of way. CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE: The Contract shall be completed on or before January 12, 2024 ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: For this Proposal the Engineers Estimate falls between $150,000 and $450,000.
