The Work consists of, but is not limited to the replacement of an existing 10,000-gal diesel fuel storage tank at the Springtree Wastewater Treatment Plant with a new single wall 10,000-gal diesel fuel storage tank and accessories at the same location. Existing concrete containment area shall remain and contractor to re-slope containment area floor and repair cracks and recoat containment area walls. Replacement of existing floor drain cover and drain plug valve. Furnish and install new lighting. All work shall be constructed in accordance with the Bid documents. Location: 4350 Springtree Drive, Sunrise FL 33351. Questions Due Date: January 9, 2024 Qualification Requirement: The Prime Contractor shall have a valid State of Florida Certified General Contractors License or Florida Certified Mechanical Contractors License or Certified Pollutant Storage Contractor. The Prime Contractor must have successfully completed at least three (3) projects of similar type, scope, size and complexity within the last five (5) years in the State of Florida. Selected vendor must provide verifiable references from the projects Owner. The City shall be the sole and final judge in determining if the Contractor meets the Qualification Requirement.
