Remodeling of a municipal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY (UTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Firms for Facility Remodel and Reconfiguration General Contractor Services. This solicitation will result in a Multiple Task Ordering Agreement (MTOA). The contractor selected will be required to comply with all applicable Federal and State laws, regulations and certifications, and equal employment opportunity laws and regulations. UTA, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and will not discriminate against any interested firm or person on the basis of race, color, sex, age or national origin in the review of qualifications or contract award. Question Deadline 12/19/2023 at 2:00 PM MT The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) is seeking a General Contractor (GC) capable of performing facility remodel tasks across the Agency's network of buildings. The selected GC will conduct work under the direction of UTA's Facility Development office. The scope of the tasks will range across all common general contractor fields.
