The project consists of replacing windows and metal cladding, repairing a section of the slab-on-grade, including interior walls, renovating the daycare and canteen areas, including the addition of a new commercial-type hood, completely refurbishing an individual toilet, replacing rainwater columns, repair or addition of evacuators, above-ground relocation of an underground hot water supply pipe (heating), painting of walls and ceilings, decontamination of areas with mould, as well as a number of other architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural elements, and asbestos work.
