The project consists of the demolition and renovation of approximately 90,000 square feet on the 1st, 7th, and 8th floors of the PBC Main County Courthouse at 205 North Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach. Included trades are Demolition, Masonry, Millwork, Misc. Metal, Fireproofing, Joint Sealants, Doors, frames, hardware, glazing, DW, Framing, Insulation, Flooring, ceilings, painting, Signage, Fire extinguisher & cabinets, operable partitions, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Work, Fire Alarm, and Access Controls. Palm Beach County Certified Small Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to participate. All SBE's must provide certification.
