Renovation of a municipal facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project funds the renovation of spaces housing the State Attorney, Public Defender, Clerk of Courts, Court Administration, public restrooms, and other common spaces located outside the courtrooms at 3228 Gun Club Road in West Palm Beach. While the courtrooms were renovated in recent years, these spaces were not and are now confirmed by the Judicial Facilities Master Plan Update to remain in operation into the future. These spaces remain original to their 1983 construction and are in need of renovation for improved functionality, heightened security, to address repeated overhead impacts, and to sustain operational continuity into the future. The project is included in the County's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 12, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
