SCOPE OF WORK (Work shall occur in the City of Conroe, Texas) o Labor to evaluate existing water meters and antennas for defects. Replace equipment with City of Conroe furnished Neptune Mach 10 V5 meters and or antennas. Antennas must also be installed on each meter with the top of the antenna firmly attached to the meter box lid. Type of meters to be replaced are 5/8 inch, and possible1-inch meters. All replaced meters will be returned to the City of Conroe warehouse daily. o All work must be completed within a 120 -day timeline period. o Contractor Guarantees labor and workmanship for 1 year after installation - all repairs are free of charge to the City of Conroe. o The contractor will furnish labor, supervision, insurance, etc. o The Contractor understands all quotes need to be valid for a minimum of 12 months. o All work must be completed in accordance with the details and specifications of the City of Conroe. o If meter box is moved for any reason it must be replaced level with the ground and all excess dirt removed from location. o Contractor understands the total amount of meters will fluctuate from month to month due to growth.
