Written questions by potential bidders must be received by the Citys representative by Tuesday, December 12 at 4:00 P.M. Email questions to Nathan Stites, City of Folsom EWR at nstites@folsom.ca.us. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. This process is conducted by City in a blind selection format, i.e., without knowledge of the identity of any of the bidders before ranking of all bidders from lowest to highest has been determined. All awards will be made in City's best interest. The right to reject any and all bids, or waive any informality in any bid received is reserved by the City Council.
