Williamson County is soliciting qualifications of engineering firms interested in providing engineering services to assist Williamson County staff in planning and designing the projects included in the County's 2023 Road Bond Program. Possible projects to be awarded under this RFQ may include but are not limited to: Parmer Lane at SH 45 Robinson Ranch Road Schultz Lane Red Bud Lane CR 175 Liberty Hill Bypass Kauffman Loop Seward Junction Loop CR 258 CR 214 Wyoming Springs Drive IH 35 at Inner Loop Interchange Ronald Reagan Boulevard SH 195 at Ronald Reagan Boulevard West Main Street CR 138 CR 458 CR 460 Corridor A2 CR 123 East Wilco Highway from Chandler Road to SH 29 Chander Road at FM 1660 CR 110 Sonterra Boulevard CR 305 Salt Lake, Brook, Front Street FM 971 in Granger North Barker Street Refer to the Williamson County Road Bond for project location and project information. We are anticipating selecting over a dozen firms for this work. Professional services may include but are not limited to engineering services to plan; prepare design schematics; prepare final design plans, specifications and estimates of probable cost; survey, prepare appropriate environmental documents and identify needed right of way. Right of way legal assistance, public involvement, utility coordination, and daily construction observation services are not currently anticipated to be required on this contract. Williamson County expects the prime firms to commit its project manager, as proposed in the SOQ, to the duration of the contract. Williamson County further expects the project manager's commitment to the contract to include commitment as project manager to each work authorization without further delegation or substitution over the course of the contract. As of November 18, 2025, the design firm has been awarded. However, information regarding design firm has not been released.
