Renovation of a multi-residential development in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
There are 3 boilers located in the mechanical room, boiler 1 and 2 are used for the building heating water and boiler 3 is used for DHW. Remove and replace existing direct hot water storage tanks which are heated from boiler #3. Re-pipe existing boilers 1, 2 , and 3 so that all boilers will heat the DHWT and the building heating water. Supply and install 2 new indirect DHWT that will now be heated by all three existing Boilers.
