The Ocean County Board of Commissioners is requesting qualifications for vendors to provide Land Surveying Services for Various Projects in Ocean County. The consulting firms will be required to provide field and office surveying and mapping services on an "as needed basis" at the direction of various Ocean County Department Heads. These professional services will include but will not be limited, upon mutual agreement, to the following: Outbound surveys. Outbound surveys meeting Green Acres standards. Surveys meeting the requirements of the Farmland Preservation Program and State Agriculture Development Board. Roadway topography and cross sections. Stream surveys. Sounding and topography for NJDEP Waterfront Development Permits regarding bulkheads and dredging. Centerline alignment and property monumentation for road right-of-way parcel acquisitions. Any other survey work as required by the County including deed surveys, deed plottings and monumentation. Right-of-Way Mapping. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, or to waive any informalities and non-material defects in the proposals and to accept any proposal deemed in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to disqualify submitters based on experience and/or references. Those submitting proposals must be prepared to present the County with suitable evidence of financial standing upon request. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
