The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the work on the Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Video Inspection project. Work will be performed within City owned rights-of-way and permanent easements. The work consists of, but not limited to, the following 1. Cleaning and television inspection of approximately 20,700 feet of 10-inch and 8-inch diameter sewer pipelines. 2. Temporary bypass pumping. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the date and time stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Kittitas and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal Amount. Questions concerning the Contract Provisions will be taken by the Project Engineer at Gray & Osborne, Inc.s Yakima office 509-453-4833. No oral responses to questions by City personnel about the project will be binding on the City. The City expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City based on the sum of the Bid.
