This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Regina (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Residential Road Renewal Package 9C as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City seeks proposals in response to this NRFP from an experienced company capable of completing the work associated with the rehabilitation and reconstruction of roads within the City. The Residential Road Renewal Program (RRRP) strategy is based on program policy approved by City Council in coordination with other programs such as the Water and Sewer Assets Renewal Program. The goal of this program is to achieve a sustainable condition of the City residential roadway network. Funding is available annually and construction must be completed to ensure long-term asset management plans are met. The city aspires to be a sustainable and vibrant community which requires ongoing maintenance of existing assets and infrastructure in an efficient and cost-effective manner. This includes quality of work for life-cycle of the assets and completed in a timely manner to reduce impact to our citizens during the construction season.
