The hangar will have a rough in for a 1/2 bath, electrical rough in, water, sewer, fiber, exhaust fan, and a small office space. Additional work items include pavement demolition, minor grading, erosion control, and paving. Additive Bid No. 1 includes an overhead crane (single beam or double beam lift) which will run front to back in the center of the building or side to side for the dual lifts. The crane capacity is estimated at 2,500 lbs plus additional weight of structure and crane. Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required.
