Questions Due Date: Jan 2nd 2024, 4:00 PM EST Online Portal The Philadelphia Housing Authority is seeking qualified Contractors to provide electrical maintenance and repair services pursuant to a master contract ("Master Contract") on an as-needed basis. Contract term will be a two (2) year base period with three (3) one-year option periods for a total of five (5) years. Pre-Proposal Conference: N/A The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to complete Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services in accordance with this Request for Proposal. The services required in any Task Order issued under the Master Contract may include, but not be limited to, any or all of the following services: A. Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) Contractor Work If required, the Contractor may be responsible for performing preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) and preventive maintenance (PM) work for selected electrical systems. The scope may include but not be limited to the following: a. Establishing a checklist and inspection schedule for performing inspections at the noted PHA sites. b. Noting all deficiencies in spreadsheet format indicating the date, a picture of deficiency, location, recommendation and any comments. c. All necessary PM work may be assigned to Contractor on a one-time or recurring basis, as the PHA may decide.
