Site work and paving for a civil project in Fayetteville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of February 28, 2024 project was awarded to F.S. Scarbrough, LLC, awarded amount is $117,706.35.** Fayette County, Georgia is seeking bids for installation of drainage structures, grading and paving on Downing Court. The project consists of removing the existing deteriorated 30-inch Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) and replacing it with 40 linear feet of 30-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP). The culvert and headwalls are entirely contained within the County 60-ft Right-of-Way. Fayette County will provide construction oversight for the project. Any contract awarded will be a Unit Price contract (not a lump sum contract). The contract will include a Not-to-Exceed price for the work under the contract.
