This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform portable fire extinguisher maintenance, inspection, testing, recharging/refill, emergency recharging, and incidental repair services for the California State Prison-Corcoran (COR). The Contractor will be compensated for services in accordance with the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, material, non-consumable supplies, transportation, shipping, equipment, tools, permits, licenses, and every other item of expense necessary to perform maintenance, inspection, testing, recharging/refill, emergency recharging, and repair services at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California State Prison-Corcoran (COR), located at 4001 King Avenue, Corcoran, CA, 93212. Letters of Inquiry December 13, 2023 Anticipated Date for Commencement of Services July 1, 2024 Termination of Agreement June 30, 2027 The State's estimate for this Agreement is $60,000.00. The purpose of these letters is to provide bidders the opportunity to ask questions and/or provide feedback to CDCR on the specifics of the IFB and/or DVBE requirements. While some input may be incorporated into the IFB, remarks and explanations submitted may not necessarily change provisions of the IFB. Any modifications to the IFB as a result of these inquiries will be documented by an addendum and forwarded to all bidders.
