Project consists of the Construction of a new visitor locker room building. Sealed Bids will be received for the following Work: Multiple Contract Project consisting ofthe following prime contracts: a. 0450 -Masonry b. 1420 -Elevator c. 2100 - Fire Protection Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 (Five) percent of the bid amount for each bid over $25,000.00. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of60 (Sixty) days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidders shall commence the Work February 1, 2024 and shall complete the Work by September 1, 2024. Work is subject to liquidated damages at $500.00 per calendar day. Proposal Forms must be properly completed. No modification, qualification letters or statements will be considered. Such shall be cause for rejection of bid. No bid shall be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days following the time and date designated for receipt ofbids and bidder agrees in submitting his bid. Successful bidders will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. The bonds shall cover the entire base bid and any accepted alternates.
