Gainesville State School has an electrical and plumbing install for a new modular building. This project is to install and hook to new building once it has been delivered and set up. Gainesville Mobil Building-Electrical & Plumbing SOW Install a 50 KVA pole mount transformer primary 7200 secondary 120/240 volt. Build risers up the pole for secondary. Build a panel rack to accommodate for 3 , 125 amp disconnects and 1, 150 amp disconnect. Reroute existing underground from the pole to the existing building 265'. Dig trenches from panel rack, lay conduit, pull wire, proper grounding per code, and terminate all connections. Refuse primary lines for load calculations. All work shall meet all state and local codes per the NEC. All material, labor, trencher, excavator, bucket truck, digger truck must be included in your quote. All existing services to be tied into assumed to be of adequate size for new load, in proper working condition, and with proper elevation for new extensions. Sewer- Provide Sch. 40 PVC throughout. Extend from private side of main sewer tap assumed to have adequate depth for extension. Route on West side of existing portable to South side of new quad portable. Sewer piping to daylight on South side and extend being hung below in crawl space to (1) new back-to-back restroom on West side of new portable. Water- Provide PEX piping throughout and insulate with Armaflex above grade, per code. Extend from existing valve box serving existing portable in same routing as above sewer.
