As of April 10, 2025, construction is underway. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center (the Project). This Project includes development of approximately two (2) acres and construction of a 20,500 square foot single-story building located at 16480 Meadowview Court, Leesburg, Virginia 20175 (County Property Identification Number 191169866). The center includes the Crisis Stabilization Unit, 23-Hour Unit, Intake Rooms, Law Enforcement Intake Room, Nurse Stations, Medication Room, Lab, Seclusion Rooms, Quiet Rooms, Conference Rooms, and Administrative Workspaces. The project also includes site improvements, providing a new parking area, utilities, and stormwater management.
