The selected firm will create a design that is aesthetically pleasing while considering maintenance needs ensuring upkeep can be completed by staff, ADA requirements, and local influence. Design should include lighting, parking, drainage, and artistic elements. The selected firm will work closely with city staff to complete this design. The Work to be performed under the Design Contract shall be commenced as per dates in the Notice to Proceed and completed no later than 90 working days from the Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals without disclosing the reason, therefore, to waive any information in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous and in the best interest of the City
