Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Kincaid, Saskatchewan. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Tenders are being accepted for loading, hauling and spreading a minimum of 10,000 yds3 of crushed gravel during each of the 2024, 2025 & 2026 seasons. (3 year contract) All aggregate will be obtained from the pit located SE 31-9-12 W3M. Before March 1, of each year 2024, 2025 & 2026, 5000 yds3 of crushed gravel must be stockpiled and pushed up at the RM wellsite compound located ESE 29-08-08W3M (One mile west of Kincaid). The stockpiling will allow for an earlier start to spread gravel each season. All tenders must include: o Gravel, Sand/Reject, and Pit Run (Rock) Haul Rates ($/yd3/mile) o Loading rates for Gravel, Sand/Reject and Pit Run ($/yds3) o Differing rates to haul to ratepayers; minimum charges; surcharges; and/or mobilization charges. o Two References The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted.
