RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS 12/28/2023 SCOPE OF WORK: Renovation of an existing 1630 sq ft Board Room 1. Demolition of existing wall paneling to be replaced with 3/4" thick laminated new flush wall paneling & cabinet doors where applicable. 2. Build and install (1) 18ft radius desk, (1) 5ft desk, (1) 14ft desk along with (1) podium, all with quartz countertops. 3. Reconfigure existing wall cabinetry to accommodate new floor plan. 4. Removal of existing suspended ceiling grid and soffits to accommodate new ceiling plan. 5. Relocation of existing HVAC ducting and fire sprinklers to accommodate new ceiling plan. 6. Reuse existing circuitry and remove and relocate room lighting, per new ceiling plan. 7. Framing of (1) new dividing partition wall and reconfiguration of existing soffits to accommodate new ceiling plan. Wall to include appropriate sound proof insulation and fire rated insulation. Goal is to ensure rooms (new conference room and new board room) are sound proof. 8. Install new suspended ceiling in entire new room(s) per new floor plan. 9. Removal of (1) existing accordion door system and track. 10. Remove (2) existing double door systems and replace with single commercial fire rated doors including panic hardware. New door systems to include sound proof and fire rated doors. 11. Install new drywall and paint where applicable. Ensure appropriate insulation and sound proof barriers where applicable. 12. Removal of existing floor tile and carpet to be replaced with 1630 sq ft new 24"X24" carpet tile. 13. Provide value engineering approach to identify and eliminate unwanted costs and make the project cost effective and improve function and quality.
