If an alternate is being offered, it shall be equal or an approved equal to the Two 5- ton Trane XR14 heat pump systems (10 tons total capacity) with weather guard top and electric heat strips. This system is included as the basis of quality. 3. Offerors must include the specifications sheets of their alternate product during the deadline for questions period. 4. The contract will be managed by the Piedmont Research and Education Center. 5.
