Provide Building Materials and Installation of Building per specifications Building dimensions of 50 ft wide by 125 ft long by 20 ft tall Building to include two overhead doors on each end of the building Concrete Foundation with engineer stamp 8" concrete floor with rebar and pit with grate Outside 8" concrete (8 square feet) Architect drawing submittal to State Fire Marshall Cost of City Building Permit Plumbing to be done by others City of York and International Building Codes 2018 are to be followed Signature acknowledges that Proposer has read the bid documents thoroughly before submitting a proposal, will fulfill the obligations in accordance to the scope of work, terms and conditions and is submitting without collusion with any other individual firm.
