No applicant may be awarded a contract unless the applicant completes the application form provided on this website. The application form includes all disclosures (the names of subcontractors the applicant intends to use on the contract, the names of consultants used to assist in securing the contract, certain contributions made by the applicant and such consultants, certain requests made by City employees or officers and certain advice given by City employees) as required by Code Section 17-1402 (1) (b) of the Philadelphia Code. Applicants awarded a contract with the City of Philadelphia must comply with the continuing disclosure requirements of Code Section 17-1402 (1) (e) concerning such contributions made during and after the term of the contract The DBE participation requirement is 20% of the total agreement costs, excluding non-professional services for this project. The City of Philadelphia encourages responses from small firms, minority firms, and firms who have not previously performed work for the City. Contract Execution May 13, 2024 Commencement of Work June 1, 2024 It is anticipated that the initial term of the Contract shall commence on June 1, 2024 (the "Initial Term") and, unless sooner terminated by the City pursuant to the terms of the Contract, shall expire up to four years thereafter, on May 31, 2028. The City may, at its sole option, amend the Contract to add up to four (4) additional successive one-year terms ("Additional Terms"). Except as may be stated otherwise in such amendment, the terms and conditions of this Contract shall apply throughout each Additional Term.
