Contract Execution May 13, 2024 Commencement of Work June 1, 2024 It is anticipated that the initial term of the Contract shall commence on June 1, 2024 (the "Initial Term") and, unless sooner terminated by the City pursuant to the terms of the Contract, shall expire up to four years thereafter, on May 31, 2028. The City may, at its sole option, amend the Contract to add up to four (4) additional successive one-year terms ("Additional Terms"). Except as may be stated otherwise in such amendment, the terms and conditions of this Contract shall apply throughout each Additional Term.
