The Bennett Park Redevelopment project consists of demolishing all existing infrastructure with exception of one existing synthetic turf multi-use sports field. The redevelopment of the park includes the addition of three (3) recently acquired parcels of land and includes the construction of a new community building, picnic pavilions, football and baseball concessions/restrooms, score keeping structures, basketball courts, new baseball and multi-use sports fields, new maintenance building, site development infrastructure and road widening in front of the park. Contractor shall recognize and conduct business with the Contract Administrator and County's Representative as a private developer subject to the requirements of the County as an independent developer. Redevelopment of the site and building construction shall be concurrent for each building such that the Contractor shall provide multiple full-time on-site project management teams and whatever other means and methods consistent with the contract documents
