Questions Due Date: Jan 5th 2024, 12:00 PM EST Questions or clarifications must be made in writing to the Town's Bonfire Procurement Portal The Procurement Office for the Town of Barnstable on behalf of the Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals for furnishing a membrane biological reactor (MBR) treatment system. The system is to be designed and furnished by a single manufacturer. The MBR system shall utilize submerged membrane filtration technology and is inclusive of pumping, treatment, backwash, chemical cleaning, aeration, and system controls. The successful proposer's MBR treatment system will then be used as the basis of design and be named in the construction bid documents for the Town of Barnstable Water Pollution Control Facility Nitrogen Removal and Headworks Upgrade and Project. This solicitation is conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when it deems it to be in the best interest of the Town.
