Solid Waste Rate Sufficiency Analysis Services. The selected firm will be responsible for performing a comprehensive rate sufficiency analysis, which includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Review the current solid waste pick-up operations, including the types and volume of services provided. 2. Analyze the associated costs, revenue, and other financial data related to solid waste services. 3. Recommend appropriate rate adjustments, if necessary, to ensure financial sustainability. 4. Analyze replacement schedule and equipment allocation.
