Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

The Sherbrooke Research and Development Center (Sherbrooke RDC ) of Agriculture and Agri-food Canada (AAFC), located at 2000, rue Collège in Sherbrooke, wishes to offer a contract to a refrigeration contractor for all of the work: Plan, supply and install two cold rooms in building 46. One cold room at 4 degrees C and one for freezing at -20 degrees C. The dimensions of the rooms 3.66 m x 3.01 m x 2.43 m (12 x 10 x 8 ft). Installation of compressors/condensers in the adjacent mechanical room on a new rack. Demolition of old cold rooms. Relocation and redeployment of fire detection and electrical services.
