Linden Street Watermain Replacement. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening. State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures.
